Travel Insurance is compulsory on all of our holidays. We do not sell travel insurance ourselves.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance provides sufficient cover appropriate for the activities included in your holiday. You must provide us with the details of your insurer, your policy number, and the policy emergency telephone number before departure (if you do not provide us with these details, then you will not be allowed to join the group, and no refund will be due).
Your insurance must cover you for the following:
- Medical Expenses & Repatriation
- Personal Accident & Liability
We also strongly recommend that you obtain cover for the following:
- Cancellation & Curtailment
- Personal Effects, Baggage & Money
- Travel Delays, Abandonment & Missed Departure
Pre-existing medical conditions:
Travel insurance policies do not cover any pre-existing medical conditions, unless they are declared at the time of purchase. Always disclose all pre-existing medical conditions to avoid your policy becoming invalid when you need it most.
Most travel insurance policies will fit most of our holidays. However, you must check the wording of your intended insurance policy to confirm that does cover you for the activities you will be undertaking on your chosen holiday. If you are in any doubt, please contact your intended insurer for confirmation.
